1. Agreement

By accessing clkwholesale.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Pricing & VAT

All prices on the site are displayed exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate at checkout for UK-based customers. We reserve the right to amend pricing without notice; the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance by dispatching the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative. UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £500 ex. VAT. Risk in the goods passes on delivery.

5. Returns

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy.

6. Warranty

Products are sold subject to the manufacturer's warranty. We do not offer any additional warranty beyond that provided by the manufacturer, except where required by law.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any goods sold is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

All content on clkwholesale.com is the property of CLK Wholesale or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify it without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
