Delivery
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders ship within 1-2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days across UK mainland. Next-day and timed deliveries are available on request.
Do you deliver internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide. Contact us with your destination and product list for a shipping quote.
Is delivery free?+
UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £500 ex. VAT. Smaller orders are charged at a flat rate depending on weight and destination.

Can I visit your warehouse?+
Yes — our Deeside warehouse is open to trade customers by appointment Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Please call ahead.
How do I get a quote on a large project?+
Use the Request a Quote form on any product page, email info@clkwholesale.com, or call 0330 1337 772. We respond within one working day.
Ordering
Do I need a trade account to order?+
No — anyone can order from CLK Wholesale. However, trade accounts unlock volume pricing, credit terms and dedicated account management. Contact us to set one up.
Can I order a bulk quantity not listed on the site?+
Absolutely. For bulk orders, pallet quantities or custom volumes, please request a quote via the product page or contact us directly.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and trade account invoicing for approved customers.
Returns
What is your returns policy?+
You have 7 days from delivery to return unwanted items in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
What if a product arrives damaged?+
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange collection and dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
